Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
During product launches, sales, or high-demand periods, processing times may take slightly longer — but we’ll always do our best to get your order out as fast as possible.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We ship all orders via Australia Post.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Estimated delivery times:
Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
Shipping Rates:
Domestic shipping is free of charge.
International Shipping
We currently ship worldwide.
International orders are sent via Australia Post International Standard with tracking.
Estimated delivery times:
New Zealand: 6–8 business days
Asia / USA: 7–12 business days
UK / Europe: 10–15 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your country and order weight. Please note that delivery times can vary depending on customs clearance and local postal delays.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import taxes or customs fees once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. If you haven’t received tracking information within 5 business days, please contact us at darkmatter.fit@gmail.com
Lost or Damaged Packages
Dark Matter is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they’ve been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll do our best to assist.
